Course Duration: 6 weeks from the first day of classes

Nursing Aide | Training Instructor Application

To meet the requirements to be an approved instructor, you must meet the following requirements:

1. Be a registered nurse (RN) with an unencumbered licence.

2. Be licensed to practice in North Carolina.

3. Have at least two (2) years (up to 4000 hours) of RN experience in the United States.

4. Verifiable proof of at least one of the following:

Completion of a course in teaching adults
Experience in teaching adults
Experience in supervising nurse aides
